How does the strategy call with Matt work?
After checkout, you'll receive an email with the date, time, and link for the next live group call. On the call, Matt covers his playbook for getting the phone to ring, mailer strategy and route picking, branding, closing, and takes questions. If you can't make the scheduled time, reply to your invite email and we'll get you on the next one.
How do I pick which neighborhoods to mail?
You use the free USPS EDDM online tool. Type in your zip code, hover over routes, and check the demographics. Matt's rule of thumb is to mail routes with $100,000+ average income. You get his step-by-step video showing exactly how to do it, and he covers route strategy live on the call.
What kind of results should I expect?
Consistency is the whole game: the same routes every 30 days. A typical EDDM response rate is 0.25% to 0.5% per mailing, and it usually compounds as neighborhoods see you again and again. In Matt's own roofing business, direct mail averages a 20x blended return on revenue and yard signs about 10x. Those are his numbers in his market, not a promise of yours: your results depend on your service, area, offer, and how well you close.
Do I need to design anything myself?
